How does QR code feedback collection work?

Visitors scan a QR code with their mobile device (no app download required). This opens a lightweight web form where they can provide feedback by speaking into their phone microphone. SaySo's AI automatically transcribes their voice response into text, translates it if needed, and sends it to your analytics dashboard in real time. QR codes can be placed on signage, printed materials, or digital displays throughout your venue.

What is a feedback kiosk?

A SaySo feedback kiosk is a self-service interactive device deployed in your venue where visitors can provide feedback by speaking directly into a built-in microphone. The kiosk features a simple visual interface that guides visitors through the feedback process — no typing required. The voice response is transcribed in the original language and can be automatically translated into English (or your chosen language) for analysis and reporting.
